Cancellation Policy
At Conscious Rabbit, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and intentional space for healing, growth, and connection. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we ask all participants to review and adhere to the following policies: Cancellation and Rescheduling Private Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost. No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Group Sessions and Events: All sales are final. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else with prior notice. Arrival and Timing Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle into the space. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or, for group events, the inability to join once the session has started to maintain the integrity of the experience. Payment and Deposits Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. For custom packages or studio rentals, a 50% deposit is required upfront. Payment plans are available for select services upon request. Studio Etiquette The studio is a sacred space. Please turn off cell phones and respect the silence and energy of the space. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring any items you feel will support your experience (e.g., yoga mat, blanket, water bottle). Refunds Refunds are not provided for completed services or missed sessions. Exceptions may be made for emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Health and Safety If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your session to protect the well-being of our community. Breathwork and cacao ceremonies may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. Please consult with your healthcare provider and notify us of any concerns before participating. Respect and Inclusion This is a judgment-free, inclusive space where all are welcome. Discrimination or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
